Booking.com - ********* business practises

I was recently the victim of credit card *****. A booking was made using ****** card details. I canceled the card and approached booking.com to trace the *****ulent booking to ensure it is canceled. Whilst everyone is super friendly the message is clear....Bookign.com has no interest in assisting. They are happy to keep the ****** money. Not a very ethical business.
