Booking.com Boston House

My friend I were victims of false marketing with Bookings.com's Boston House at Bellville Western Cape. The house stated own private parking, our main concern was our car, but when we got there, the house was different to what had been advertised, no fences, no house number and the manager ended up shouting at us over the phone and we lost money because we could not stay there, it was not safe. I think the no refund policy must be revisited now these people get away with a lot, even with false advertising knowing that you cannot get your money back once you booked online!
