Booking.com

Very disappointing services! I recently booked a trip to Durban with booking.com and decided to add more days onto the trip I had paid for, unfortunately because payment didn’t go through they cancelled the whole thing. Even what I paid for and told me they couldn’t give me a refund as they didn’t have the money in the account. Thank God for the wonderful hosts of the place I booked, I managed to get a full refund from booking.com and rebook directly with them. They helped me get in contact with booking.com and checked if everything was getting settled throughout until I received my refund. Negative 5 stars for booking from me!
