booking.com ****: Atlantic Views

Used booking.com previously with no issues but it seems they are facilitating ****s now. Booked Cape Town accommodation at an Atlantic Views in Moullie Point, paying provider directly, only for booking.com to cancel without recourse. No response from booking.com. I found the accommodation to be a **** upon arriving in Cape Town. Out of pocket ZAR30k. I will not use booking.com again and advise others to stay clear.
