Booking.com are *******! ************!

R54,55 in bank charges for cancelling a booking (supposedly free cancellation)!!! What a load of nonsense. Plus another R20,00 to have my money refunded to me! I will NEVER NEVER use them again and will swear everyone off of them! Absolute *******!!!
