Booking.com are ********! Beware!

Booking.com **** us out of R1 972-80. I've made a reservation at Back of Beyond. Booking.com stated that the guest house was in Mpumalamga. Upon my departure I realized according to the GPS coordinates that it is situated in the Northern Cape. Booking.com gave false information. I contacted Back of Beyond and the owner confirm that they've never prescribed at Booking.com and never received any monies from them. Back of Beyond also mentioned that there are numerous customers with the same problem. Contacting them, wanting a refund for the same reason and they are not registered at Booking.com and never ever received money from them for any Booking. Booking.com is unreachable, by phone or email. I wasn't able to speak to anyone at Booking.com. They kept referring me back to Back of Beyond who in return is not even a client of them.
