Booking.com are now *******

Booking.com is showing its true colours, taking advantage of the covid 19 pandemic. It is shameful really. I will no longer book with them after supporting them for many years.

Booking.com are not willing to cancel and refund my accommodation booking in Japan. However when I contacted the Hotel in Japan they had no problem with cancelling and refund. But the transaction is sitting with booking.com. I have no control over the pandemic. International flights are banned, additionally the inherit risks is not worth travelling anywhere probably this entire year.
