Booking.com are ****mers

Never reserve a car for hire via Booking.com, they will only give you the full details after making payment then boom, the reserve fee is triple the amount of the rental company. The excess could just as well be a deposit of another car. The cancellation fee is the same whole amount as the car rental fee. THEY ARE ****MERS! I was stuck at the airport for 3hrs! The worst! Customer service is horrible and darn rude! i had to rebook directly with with car rental company and lose money I paid to booking.com.
