Booking.com are ****mers!!!!!

My parents arrived tonight at 10.15 at The Sails Timeball Durban booked and paid via booking.com,but there is no room available now they are stranden and they are old. Booking.com totally ignore my emails, they are disgusting think twice before ever using them!!!!!!
