Booking.com are ****mers

My oh My! Booking.com has become thee most dangerous app where people practice *****. I had booked myself an accommodation for a weekend via booking.com and guess what I got ****med on the app via the apps chat box. I booked at the Boulders 508 in Ballito. My booking was confirmed and the Host, Precious Mkhize, that’s what she calls her, ****med me R7000. She told me she requires 60% up front and the balance upon my arrival. I paid and sent her my POP and on the day of checking in I paid the balance in order to get the key instructions to the accommodation. I get to the address where I was picking up the keys indeed some hosts do leave the keys there. The gentleman asks me for a box number for the keys and when I ask precious for it, her phone goes “ Your have reached the voicemail….” That when it hit me that omg I have just got ****med a whole R7000. The whole ****ming happening on the booking.com app and on its chat channel as well. I have never been this shattered.
