Booking.com are ****mers

****mers!! I had to cancel my flight beginning October and was told I will receive my refund soon. After many complaints I was told on 17 November payment will be made on that day. It is now 17 December and still no refund. Payment by airline was made long ago. My reference is ***. They ***** your money that’s all they do!!
