Booking.com are dishonest in accounts.

I have been trying to get our account sorted since we paid on 8th May. Our payment is NOT reflecting. I've written on the page’s "feedback" almost daily since then AND NOT ONE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. They are a disgraceful company. I am showing as RED when in reality THIS IS NOT TRUE.
