Booking.com are a big ****

I booked at the above place and called to verify the distance from the place to the event venue I will be attending. I was told that the place was full but the website has not been updated and I should cancel that's when I realized I did not get the confirmation email therefore I cannot cancel. I would like to get my money back so I can book elsewhere.I sent a Message to booking.com about my problem and they requested that I send all the booking information in which i did after the respond saying NOW IM THE ONE WHO IS SUPPOSE TO CALL THEM AND THEY HAVE AN INTERNATIONAL NUMBER. We go to your website to get good deals not to spend more money trying to get our money back.
