Booking.com and Wailako Guesthouse disgusting fiasco

Booking.com is where I saw the guesthouse Wailako advertised - beautiful pictures of the perfect stay - well it was a lie!!! I paid R6000 in full for a 5 night stay and when I arrived there it was so disappointing - I was tired and the place was smelly and dirty. I left immediately to find alternative accommodation and sent Booking.com a message to alert them and that I wanted a full refund - that was in January - I have never received my refund - not one cent - I urge people not to use Booking.com in future.
