booking.com **** and ui guest house margate

I booked ui guest house for 19 to 21 for 4 guest from johanesburg and paid got confirmation on my email of my booking and i contacted ui guest house they told me there are no rooms available and i must contact booking.com to claim my money back and they don't know how long it will take .if i did not call we would have no place to stay .we don't have money to book another place this is pathetic and the service from a person who answered the call was so rude i called him 19:00 on the 16/04/2025 he did not give his name and hang up on my call ui guest house magate and booking.com that not fair don't do this to others i will not be attending the funeral because of then Baduduzile ngwabi
