Booking.com and southern sun pretoria

Today I have been disrespected as a customer I booked southern sun pretoria via this app and at the property they told me that my bookings are cancelled on the app and when I phone booking.com customer service they told me is not them is system they ruined my anniversary celebration they didn't even bother to contact me I keep on phoning them and after they gave me a list of guest houses they said to me that's the list they can do for me ...can you compare the standard of southern sun with a guest house of 500 per night 😭
