Booking.com and La Bella Vida Self Catering Apartments seems like conspiracy

Attention Tricia Mea (from Booking.com, Amsterdam) and Karin Smit (La Bella Vida Self Catering Apartments, Cape Town) It is the second time we paid for "available" accommodation, just be informed by the hosts they do not have some accommodation available. This last time Booking.com did not refund us. Their admin is sloppy and they rep**** per mail in Dutch. Booking not even a Dutch word.More than 2 weeks, no refund Be careful for these people. The host Karin could have reversed the transaction, which she did not. Seems to me like a conspiracy.

Het is de t****e keer dat we betaalden voor "beschikbare" accommodatie, alleen werden we door de hosts geïnformeerd dat ze geen accommodatie beschikbaar hadden. De laatste keer heeft Booking.com ons niet terugbetaald. Hun admin is slordig en ze reageerden per mail in het Nederlands. Booking heeft niet eens een Nederlands woord. Meer dan 2 weken, geen restitutie Wees voorzichtig met deze mensen
