Booking.com and icon luxury apartments are a ****

I made a booking via booking.com for a group of us. We booked a place in cape Town Calle Icon luxury apartments from the 7th January 2022to the 9th January 2022.booked two apartments that each have 2 bedrooms. So today we decide that we going to extend our stay there, and to our surprise booking isn't made. We paid the full amount. I'm trying to get to the bottom of this via email, I'm sent from pillar to post. I dont know what agreement these two parties have, but it's all a lie. We need answers from both of them.
