Booking.com and Apple Hotel Sai Ying Pun are MISLEADING!

I booked Apple Hotel in Sai Ying Pun Hong Kong via booking.com. The information provided on booking.com was misleading, it was stated that payment would be done at the premises upon arrival. Then I was informed via email with the confirmation from Apple Hotel that they "might" deduct a percentage of the fee for deposit. I booked for the whole October 2019, thinking that it is cost effective. Last week I received a notification from my Bank for the total amount of the booking being deducted. I tried to call Apple Hotel but they did not answer, I also messaged on Booking.com, no reply. Now I received an email stating that I must pay another $500 hkd, as a deposit before I can even stay in Apple Hotel. I have been staying in other places in Hong Kong, the most they charge is $100 deposit. Apple hotel is misleading, I am supposed to stay there today. I cannot even cancel because they won't refund me.
