Booking.com an absolute joke

I wrote a review on the 6th April for false advertising and bad service and extremely rude client of theirs namely African S**** Guesthouse and have had no response since which is an absolute joke and one cannot even lodge a complaint on their website without a site number which conveniently does not appear anywhere.........pathetic to say the least.
