Booking.com accomodates ********s

I have booked an accommodation with Queens and Kings in Cape Town,i have paid all the funds needed and they confirmed my funds. Now they are tellingme that i havent paid no one and they are sending me unprofessional messages and i wantto cancel mybookingandget my money today so i can book another hotel formy family stay,i am worried that it is as soon as tomorrow that we booked for. I am not happy with their treatment i regret why i booked with them,but why booking.com make business with soo unproffesional people like these,i even think that i am ****med by this company.
