Booking.com accommodation ****

Hello peter I had booked accommodation through bookings.com for 26 july 2029 in phalaborwa and was confirmed and paid for, for stepping in to Kruger apartment but when I got there to check in my accommodation was given to someone else was left stranded in the middle of the night. I had to find alternative accommodation and pay for it. Booking.com is yet to refund me. The Confirmation number: ***.
