***** Booking.com

I made booking via Booking.com and only to find out that the place in KwaZulu-Natal Surfside beach front is no longer working but they displayed their place on the App of Booking.com when I claim my money back the person (Lady Tanya) said she's only owning the cell phone number and the bank account is not in her name, I phoned Booking.com several times poor service sometimes they cut your call after giving them information they don't get back to the clients instead they they said they will be some charges if I cancel booking I failed to understand them because I stated that I'm been ****med even them they can't get hold of the person who own the place I felt like the Booking.com is also promoting ***** it doesn't protect clients at all
