Booking.com

I did a book carrental i flight Turkey when i pickup car it was my driver license expired and i ask to use my sister as driver the car rental company was so nasty they say not alow, she refer i cancel my booking or i contact booking. Com customer service i try to rich customer service nearly 4 hours no way rich them finaly i rent a car privately after all i read my right it was option i can add 2nd driver, booking.com only say we apologize we apologize noting else they take my money call center, online support not working at all very useless service ever never im not going to use this app any more.
