I am highly disgusted by booking.coms customer service. I booked for a place over 2 weeks ago. When I first booked there was an error confirming my booking yet money was deducted from my account. I never got communication for over 2hrs or an explanation of what happened and where my money is. Still to this day, they have not refunded me. THE WEBSITE AND COMPANY IS A ****!!!!
