Booking.com

I booked on Booking.com for a place called Overdale guest house in Port elizabeth walmer,when i got there i was told by the owner the place was no longer a guest house and she did ask booking.com to remove it from the app. It was already at night and i was stranded with no place to go,My problem now is who's fault it is as i cant get my money back,because i booked for 2 nights,11-13 july......i did write on booking.com with no answer for my refund.
