Booking.com

An online booking was made, payments were made. I got to the place and was told the reservation is fully booked and there is no rooms.

I was told I need to cancel the reservation at bayside ( the site). I did cancel and from the 13th of May up till now I have been told to wait for a refund. Still no refund. Utter distrusting service
