BOOKING.COM - A **** WHEN REFUNDS ARE DUE

I made a booking through this platform, had issues with the accommodation, which was not their fault. Had to check out as the owner was very sketchy and threatened us. I notified the platform and was told I will receive a refund in 24 hours. A week later I was told i am not receiving my full refund that was due to me. Pls DO NOT use this platform when booking accommodation. They do not take the guests input into account.
