Booking.Com a total ****...

I will never again use booking. Com for reservations never. The is a **** guesthouse advertised called Holli Guest house in Vanderbijlpark. The fact that the are complains about the guest house already but they not removing the guest house from their reservation list it means they together with the ****. They said they will refund us our money and deal with the place, now they tell us we should go to our bank to sort it out imagine.. I am very disappointed shame. Please be aware and stay away from holli guest house in Vanderbijlpark also stay away from Booking.Com they ****.
