We as hosts of booking.com can tell you that honestly that from our 9 year experience, this booking site has a very poor reputation of many *****sters trying to book with unverified telephone numbers as well as false non existent addresses. If you have an issue, their consultants have no empathy with you, little to no assistance, often so delayed in assisting you that its too late and often unable to assist you, This site has given us nothing but headaches and trouble to the point that when there is a booking we know that there is at least a 50% chance of issues, ***** or worse and it just begs the question whether to carry on doing business with them. From past experience we know that we are on our own and they will not assist you, but frustrate you and break you down, So be Aware of doing business with them.
