Booking.com a ******** platform.

Made a booking for Phola Guest House in Kyalami for the 15th to 17th. Booking was confirmed and monies paid up, only to find they don't use booking.com and the property was suppose to be delisted.

Tried to get hold of booking.com for a refund, but they do not respond to emails and the number just drops your call.

It appears I can kiss that money goodbye.

It appears booking.com is a good platform to host ****s. My advice is: don't use online sites such as bookings.com to pay for accommodation.

Phone to the establishment and only make payment upon arrival.

This is ***** in my eyes.
