BOOKING.COM A *******

so disappointed and frustrated with Booking.com. I was making a reservation on booking.com and entered my payment details and clicked the final step to secure the accommodation. the payment went through but however the accommodation was not confirmed , instead it said I still had to reserve again as the room I wanted to book disappeared. I contacted their customer center and spoke to Sanja who told me they cannot help me I must contact my bank, I spoke to POLINA M who clearly told me they cannot help me. bare in mind I still needed to do booking for a vacation ,with the money I do not have anymore. They refuse to refund me or reallocate my money to another accomodation. they have no respect for their customers.
