Booking.com a ****

I booked a property called Guest house on the edge in Tsitsikama. I went there to try. and see if they can check us in early and they refused, stating that their policy on check in is 14pm. When I got to the property, the pictures online were completely different from the actual property. I told the son of the owner that I don't like the property but unfortunately I don't have a choice because I have already paid booking.com. That angered them and told me to cancel if I don't like the place. I did not cancel and when I returned at 14pm check in time they denied me and chased me away. Booking.com is refusing to refund me and saying they are following property cancellation policy. I did not cancel, all I did I gave them a review that booking.com always ask us to give. Booking.com, do not look at issues from consumers side and protect clients but all they do, is to push for commission and victimise clients in the process. I did not utilise the premises and was denied for my honesty
