BOOKING.COM ****

We recently booked a flight of FlySafair from JHB to DBN and DBN back to JHB. Payment was made exact same day of booking through booking.com website...

Our shock when we arrived at the airport for checkin on that day, we were told that our flight booking got canceled cause FlySafair didn't receive any payment from booking.com.

When we call their helpline they kept us on hold over and over again. They said they will get back to us regarding refund. Till today we still haven't received any call neither our money back. Imagine the frustration of having to travel using a bus for 9hours while you planned and paid for an hour long trip!

I wouldn't recommend using booking.com for a flight, it's a ****!!! Use the direct website of your flight.
