Booking.com

Canceled car rental booking taking more than a month for refund. I booked a car rental for 2 days through booking.com only to find that when I arrive at Capetown international Airport. Europcar didn't accept my African Bank Credit card. If I knew certain cards are not accepted,I would not have booked and paid booking.com R1735 for 2 days car rental . Now I'm struggling to get my refund. I have been sending emails since the 5th December with no luck.
