Booking.com
We booked into an accommodation via booking.com. got to he accomodation and there was no one to assist or check us in. Calles thw number provided and no answer. Sent emails to the property and booking.com and still no reply nor update. It is 1am in a foreign city. We are a group of young females. Mthonjeni guest house left ua very stranded and vulnerable.

19 Dec 2020, 07:16We do not appreciate how our booking was handled. First night we slept outside as no one was there to welcome us. Second day we were told to go to a different accomodation in which it had no parking. Very dirty. No windows
