booking.com

I booked a house on booking.com. They took my money and when I get to the house it is not in use. there is so random person on the property. he coulnt help me but he gave me the owners house numbers which is 1 - *** 2 - ***. the person from bookin.com is Lungani Myeni his number is ***. He keeps telling me his going to pay me then puts his phone off. this is back and forward is really frustrating. he says his from booking.com he says his manager is awear of the situation but his just talkin ***. i sent so many emails to booking.com and no one is responding to me. if this does not work i am taking this to the police i want my money back
