i make a booking on booking.com the total payment was R23,648.30 the booking was later cancelled by Booking.com for no reason after my card was charged and booking.com is only refunding me R620 i’ve call them multiple times and they keep dropping my calls is this a new **** from booking.com

pls guys stay away from them
