booking.com

I have a cottage in my garden. I thought I would give booking.com a try. I cannot work with these people and have been asking for 3 months to be removed from their site. They keep on telling me I have to go back into their website, which just snares you again. I keep having people who have paid them arrive on my doorstep and I have no accommodation for them. How do they confirm a reservation without checking that it is available???? It is embarassing and it is distressing for all concerned. I need to be removed
