Booking.com

I paid 100% as instructed when I made a booking. I've enquired with the owner via the given WhatsApp number for viewing they claim to have no proof of my booking. I have been waiting since Friday and I'm told they're waiting for head office even though ive subsequently submitted all proof I have. I went to view the property and it's nowhere close to the one that I booked. At this point I'm very frustrated and concerned as the property is no longer listed on your platform while the owner is nonchalant. Please urgently get back to me with valid solutions as Ive paid and im disappointed by the service im receiving.
