Booking.com

We booked in at Crayfish Quarters at short notice through booking.com. We arrived at the property with nobody at the place. When contacting the number provided it didn’t exist. The number that booking.com provided us with also didn’t work but later we got an sms from that number saying that she has nothing to do with Crayfish quarters. This person provided us with two additional numbers and the person answered and told us that they are fully booked for the weekend but we already paid for our accommodation for the night. We tried contacting the owners on numerous occasions and the phone was put off in my face. We sent an email to *** regarding the incident wanting to know how we should go about the refund but no response from them to this day.
