Booking.com 🚮

I booked with them they sent me booking confirmation number and pin , I got to the orient guest house and they knew nothing about my booking and advised me that yes everything was done right but the payment was taken into a wrong(old) account as they have now changed their banking details and advised booking.com about this to change the banking details and add the new ones as alot of customers also had the same issue but their funds were refunded after calling and notifying them but as it was already late on the night checking in they had to charge us for the weekend and paid them cash with the advice to call booking.com and they will resolve the matter asap but I had to called them , called them and till today I'm still waiting for feedback and they keep asking me to rate their services yet there was none given nor did they help me no refund me given them enough time to sort themselves but nothing
