Booking.com ****

Made a booking on bookings.com and my money was deducted and when I got to the property there was no details of my booking nothing.The security was rude on the property and in the middle of the night in the cold I had to go and look for alternative accommodation and pay again somewhere else.I have contacted and reported this to booking.com with no feedback and no refund.
