Booking.com ****

I was looking for accommodation in PE, I did reservation and paid over R9000.00. To my surprise on the day that we were due to check-in the owner tells me that she is fully booked. I immediately cancel the reservation and she assure me that there would be no charges. No one is responding to my emails and to date no refund.
