Booking.com

I made a booking for 2018 October 26 via Booking.com and for personal reasons I have to cancel. I have been requesting my refund of R1105. I spoke to the manager of Umhlanga express holiday inn, he kept saying the payment has been made but their speed point is not working.

its been over a month now request my payment and now my calls are not answered.
