booking.com

Made a reservation at a bed + breakfast through booking.com. Got an email confirming payment and reservation made. Imagine getting to your destination and they have NO record of you/reservation/etc. While I was standing there trying to explain and show my confirmation email, another group arrived, also booked through booking.com and no record of their bookings either? Would not recommend booking.com to any one...ever
