Booking.com

I operate a small BnB in Cape Town and have been trying for one month to try and change the cell number for verification notices on Booking.com. On 26th April, almost one month ago to the day our application was pending approval. This verification number is crucial to our business. This morning I phoned the local contact number in Cape Town in desperation and spent almost half an hour trying to fix the problem. Nothing has been achieved despite hours and hours and days and days of trying. For this abysmal service Booking.com takes 18% of my bookings which is huge for a BnB business such as mine. This is clearly an abuse of control. What can a person do about this.
