Booking ****s

I had done a booking via booking. Com and apparently the owner of the property works together with Pamgolding properties because his invoice was also from Pamgolding. However when went looking for a place using the adress that was on the invoice we were told that the adress is not for bookings. I had already paid 50% deposit for my stay of which up not happening but instead i was stranded with the kids. Still tried to get hold of Zayn on the two contact numbers but both number were not available at that particular time. Still contacted booking.com because the booking was done with them but they also said that they were unable to get hold of him but instead they told me that i should contact the owner of the property myself. This guy that says he owns the place is using two numbers of which one is for watap and the other one for call. The watap number is ********** and for calls he uses **********. Furthermore the invoice had a different address from the one that was on the website but both places were in Musgrave and we went into both addresses. However we were told that both places doesn't deal with bookings that we were looking for. The adress that was on the site Booking. Com was 126 Currie road in Musgrave and the one that was on the invoice was 284 Musgrave Raod and the flat name for that one was Mirama Court.
