Booking ****s on Bookings.com

The booking was a ****, the place doesn’t exist in Pietermarizburg. We have booked Pietermarizburg, we contacted the owner confirming that they had made a mistake by advertising the place in Pietermarizburg. As a result we need to be paid our full refund not the amount that has been processed for refund. Failure to do so we will take up the matter with the police for forensic investigation and we will take further legal step and sue for damages. I've been trying to call for full refund and the lady that took my call was not helpfull in anyway but quick to refund half the money paid for the booking.
