Booking refund ****

I made a reservation for an accomodation with them 2 weeks ago. I payed for the reservation and then later canceled. I was supposed to get my refund but to this day I'm still waiting for it. I was told that the refund will take 7 to 12 days to reflect in my account but 13 days later there is still nothing in my account. I tried to contact them, but they didn't respond to my email which is weird because they responded the same day before. I also tried to call them but I was placed on hold until i gave up. Can booking please refund me, and this was my last time using their platform.
